Shipping policy

Nothing makes our hearts flutter more than receiving a box of books in the mail—and we want to make sure yours arrives as quickly and smoothly as possible. Because our book boxes and merchandise are fulfilled on varying timelines, they may ship separately. Please review our below shipping policies to help you better understand when to expect your Charmed & Bound treasures.

Shipping Policy:

  • We offer standard shipping for all orders, with delivery typically within 3-8 days from the date of order processing. All orders over $100 always receive free standard shipping, no code needed.
  • Subscription boxes ship for $5 each month. If you purchase an item from our merch or apparel shop at the same time you subscribe to our monthly box and the order total is over $100, you will still be charged $5 for box shipping, however, will receive free shipping on the additional item(s). 

Shipping Timelines

  • Monthly Subscription Boxes ship between the 10th-15th of each month via USPS. We will let you know once your box ships and you can expect it to arrive within 3-8 business days.
  • Merchandise and Apparel will ship from our store within 3 business days via USPS and should arrive within 3-8 business days post-processing (unless otherwise noted).
  • Books that are in stock will ship from our store within 3 business days via USPS and should arrive within 3-8 business days. Books that are pre-order will ship within 3-5 business days of their release date. 
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patients and understanding during these times.
  • Items made to order may require longer processing and shipping times than other items in our shop. We will alert you of current processing times at the time of purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses at this time.

Shipping Liability

  • Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or lost packages. If you encounter any issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly.

Shipping Updates

  • We will update you and provide a tracking number once your package has shipped. In the event of any delays or issues with your shipment, we will promptly notify you via email.
